I’m a grits aficionado and even I managed to miss this holiday. For shame.
So many great ways to have grits. This picture is from an amazing meal on a family trip to Charleston – sesame-crusted farm-raised catfish with sautéed okra, deep fried cheese grits and geechee peanut sauce. But for breakfast, I love my grits simply with butter and sugar. Perfect.
